Today we are not only aware of what we eat but also the quality of what we eat. Growing Awareness as been the main contributor to a now thriving community of Farmers Markets. You and I are now interested where out food comes from and it a great relief to know exactly which farm the food we choose to buy comes from. It’s also a great opportunity to get to know the growers who supply the produce and how it is grown.

In Florida produce stalls can be labelled “organically grown, no use of chemicals or conventional.” This is a great way to filter in what you are looking for and makes shopping a whole lot more faster.
