So how do we get this bread onto our table? There’s no leavening and it bakes like a cake so it’s ready to slice up and gobble up much faster!
2 ½ cups salted cashews, processed to flour
125g natural yoghurt
125g cottage cheese
1 ½ tsp baking soda
3 tsp chia seeds
3 tsp linseeds
¼ cup sunflower oil

- Preheat oven to 180C/350F.
- Starting with the dry, mix all ingredients together well.
- Bake for 50 minutes to 1 hour. Check if toothpick comes out dry.
